When the Corporate Marketing team packs their bags, it's probably time for a customer testimonial shoot. In October 2022, we flew from Bozen to Düsseldorf and then on to Traben-Trarbach to shoot two of our hotel client testimonial videos in different locations.

Our first stop was Traben-Trarbach. Once there, Johanna and Petra interviewed the owner and manager of the renowned Moselschlösschen SPA & Resort and experienced the unique hotel ensemble right on the river.
The second location was Hagen in the Ruhr area, where Simon Bruker, General Manager of the Berlin SAXX Hotel Group, has his office. The setting here was the complete opposite of the rural Moselle landscape: city hotels, design, urban flair. The insights into hotel life and the challenges of our client here were characterized by the topic of dependence on booking platforms and OTAs.
